2019 FOR IMMEDIATE
RELEASE
(Concord, NC)...The
Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC RUSH Racing Series powered by Pace Performance is
pleased to announce that Racing Electronics will once again be the "Official
Racing Communications" of RUSH in 2020.
This will mark the third consecutive year that Racing Electronics has
partnered with the Series.
"We are gracious that Racing Electronics has chosen to return as our 'Official
Racing Communications'," stated RUSH Series director Vicki Emig. "It was great
to have Racing Electronics expand their involvement with RUSH in 2019 by
outfitting our officials with their reliable equipment and we are pleased to
know that will continue in 2020. Racing
Electronics will also contribute 20 SWITCH driver radios to our racers via our
Manufacturers Night events once again.”
Racing Electronics’ SWITCH, provides benefits to both RUSH competitors and event
attendees. SWITCH is the top-performing micro-receiver on the market, and its
two programmable channels can be used by fans to listen to track public address
announcers and race officials at RUSH events. Competitors will be able to
utilize the device in the car to receive clearer communications from race
control.
Racing Electronics will be located trackside at several 2020 events
with SWITCH, as well as other popular communications equipment from its
industry-leading line of radios, headsets and scanners.
“Racing Electronics is the undisputed leader in racing communications and we are
thankful to have them continue to support RUSH in this manner,” says Emig.
“We're also excited to have Racing Electronics Dirt Track Specialist, Chris
Michael, join us on our 'Battle of the Bay' RUSH Late Model Touring Series
kickoff swing to service our racers' communication needs for the second
consecutive year."
