March 15, 2023          FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Pulaski, PA)...The Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Racing Series presented by Born2Run Lubricants is not only proud to continue its longstanding relationship with FK Rod Ends but expand it even greater for the upcoming 2023 season as FK Rod Ends will become the presenting sponsor of the "In the Spotlight" driver interviews.

FK Rod Ends has long been known as the "Official Rod Ends" of RUSH and has been a major contributor to all of the "Manufacturers Nights" presented by MSD Performance.  Since 2017, FK Rod Ends has presented $100 to the fastest qualifier and $25 to each heat race winner at every Flynn's Tire Late Model Touring Series event through the "Shock the Clock" and "Beat the Heat" programs.

And since the "Bill Hendren Memorial" debuted in the Northeast in 2013, FK Rod Ends has been either a major product contributor or major event sponsor.  In 2022, the finale of the "Bill Hendren Memorial" at Pittsburgh's PA Motor Speedway expanded to $10,000 to-win and that will once again take place this season on September 30 along with a $4,000 to-win preliminary event on September 29.

The "In the Spotlight" driver interviews debuted in 2022 and were conducted by RUSH's "Rev It Up" announcer, Marty Czekala.  Marty's interviews and enhanced social media efforts became a popular addition at RUSH Late Model Flynn's Tire Touring Series events.   These helped push RUSH's social media reaches to over one million reaches in 2022!  They will once again return in 2023 and will now be presented by FK Rod Ends.

"First let me say that I can't believe it's been 11 years since I began working with RUSH," expressed FK Rod End's  Sales Manager Maria Melillio.  "It's been an honor, and I consider our relationship so much more than business.  We can never thank them enough for all of the branding they have done for us throughout the years; and we especially appreciate their loyalty- it’s very rare these days.  I work with a lot of places and RUSH is definitely at the top of my list.  Everything they tell me always happens, and they never try to take advantage of their sponsors or racers.   I am just so proud of how RUSH has grown and glad FK Rod Ends has been with them since their inception."

"It's pretty tough to put into words what the RUSH - FK Rod Ends partnership means to me," stated RUSH Director Vicki Emig.  "FK has supported RUSH since its inception when the Series encompassed just our Late Models and has stayed the course as RUSH grew and expanded into all of our other divisions.  It's hard to believe that 2023 will mark the eleventh year of their marketing partnership with RUSH; longstanding, successful relationships like the one we share are hard to come by not just in our industry but in today's world in general."

"FK Rod Ends support of 'Shock the Clock', 'Beat the Heat' as well as the numerous FK Rod Ends packages we distribute throughout our Manufacturers Nights have all been extremely beneficial to our racers, and their  presenting sponsorship of FK Rod Ends 'In the Spotlight' driver interview will give both RUSH and our drivers tremendous exposure nationwide via not only the RUSH social media platforms, but FK's as well!  I also would be remiss to mention FK Rod Ends longtime support of the Hendren Family.  FK Rod Ends financial support has been one of the main reasons why the 'Bill Hendren Memorial' continues to grow in stature and is considered to be one of RUSH'S marquee events."

The 2023 season for the Hovis RUSH Late Model Flynn's Tire Touring Series will get underway April 12-15 for the "Battle of the Bay" Speedweek presented by 3C Graphix featuring events at Delaware, Georgetown, Potomac, and Winchester Speedways.  Keep an eye on social media for the "In the Spotlight" driver interviews presented by FK Rod Ends.
