April 29, 2022                        FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Pulaski, PA)...The Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Racing Series presented by Born2Run Lubricants is proud to welcome DrumPreserve as a new marketing partner for the 2022 season.  DrumPreserve is an automatic dispensing system for drummed race fuel and chemicals.  The Batavia, New York based company owned by Jim Czekala will present his son Marty's "In the Spotlight" part of the new "FANtastic Fan Experience" presented by Sunoco Go Rewards at RUSH Late Model Flynn's Tire Tour events in 2022.

DrumPreserve's nitrogen pressure dispenses the fuel through s siphon tube.  Light pressure during storage prevents the loss of fuel's volatility (its anxiousness to become burnable vapor) and reduction in its actual Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP).  The light ends of race fuel continually evaporate at room temperature; light nitrogen storage pressure prevents that.  Drum Preserve's nitrogen also prevents contamination of fuel by water from humid air entering the headspace above the fuel.

DrumPreserve systems have been used by snowmobile, motorcycle and auto racers for over 30 years. Two of the Northeast's best Modified racers, Stewart Friesen and Mat Williamson, both utilize DrumPreserve.  Complete system contains dispensing bung assembly with ultra-high-flow safety pressure relief valve, special low output pressure nitrogen regulator, and superthane nitrogen and dispensing hoses.

"Having absolutely dry fuel with consistent volatility is the invisible variable that top racers in all venues now pay attention to," explained DrumPreserve's Jim Czekala.  "As little as 200 ppm water in the fuel is said to reduce octane by a full two points, and a three psi drop in actual RVP changes max torque ignition timing by two degrees, and optimal A/F ratio by nearly six percent!"

The "In the Spotlight" presented by DrumPreserve part of the "FANtastic Fan Experience" presented by Sunoco Go Rewards will debut at the next RUSH Late Model Flynn's Tire Tour event at Stateline Speedway on May 14.  Marty made his debut with the Series during the "Battle of the Bay" Speedweek presented by 3C Graphix April 13-16 and received rave reviews for his work on social media.

"We love to have new marketing partners utilize RUSH to gain additional exposure for their companies," stated RUSH Director Vicki Emig.  "DrumPreserve has followed D&V Jewelers as two of the most recent.  When we brought Marty into our fold, his father Jim became interested in using RUSH to grow his motorsports market.  Jim was setup with his DrumPreserve at all of our recent 'Battle of the Bay' Late Model events.  We encourage all of our racers to consider DrumPreserve for their teams."
