RAIN CANCELS SATURDAY’S "HERB SCOTT MEMORIAL" AT PITTSBURGH FOR HOVIS RUSH LATE MODEL FLYNN'S TIRE/GUNTER'S HONEY TOUR FOR 2ND STRAIGHT WEEK

(Imperial, PA)...With heavy overnight rain that lasted into mid-morning coupled with falling temperatures and windy conditions, officials at Pittsburgh PA Motor Speedway cancelled Saturday's Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Dirt Late Model Flynn's Tire/Gunter's Honey Touring Series “Herb Scott Memorial” for the second straight week.  It marked the fourth straight cancellation to open the season after Mother Nature claimed events at Bridgeport Motorsports Park and Tyler County Speedway earlier this month. 

The 2025 opener will now be Saturday, May 3 at Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Virginia with $5,000 on the line followed up by a doubleheader weekend May 10-11 at Stateline and Eriez Speedways.
